LHP is proud to partner with Oasis Marinas, America's premier marina management company, to provide all of our guests and boaters with the experience they deserve. We're in the midst of upgrading everything from the slips to the boater's lounge. So beyond the high-quality boat dockage, you'll have everything you need for a weeknight bite or long weekend. Located on Baltimore’s famed Canton waterfront, Drift is an exciting new floating dock bar serving up everything from happy hours to night caps. Our bartenders have crafted a creative selection of cocktails to satisfy every palate and celebrate every occasion. And our fresh shareable plates are the perfect complement to the communal atmosphere.
Catch Our DriftCameras for the marina and main building, electronic locks for slip holder access to marina, and enhanced security gates throughout the facility.
MMG and Oasis will maintain the security system.
No, slip rental rates will reflect the amenities and infrastructure offered at Lighthouse Point. There will be no additional cost from the base slip rental rate for the security system.
Marina Service Associates (MSAs) from Oasis Marinas are always available to help with vessel pump-outs upon request.
While each slip won’t have a pump-out station, Lighthouse Point is designed to have tankless in-slip pump-out access through several waste ports and hose carts stationed throughout the marina and docks.
We will have state-of-the-art marina power and amperage accommodations with the ability to welcome vessels up to 300’ in length. We will have a minimum of 50 amps with the ability to decrease or increase as the need arises.
We will continue to partner with select vessel brokers that will rent slips from us.
We will offer slips in the new marina to business operators who have gone through a rigorous selection process and have proven business models.
In addition to the retail and restaurant spaces, we will be home to boat clubs, rentals, and vessel brokers.
We have boat slips for rent with space to accommodate hull lengths from 35' to 300'. Click the link below to learn more about daily, monthly, and annual rates and other dock fee details. Perimeter transient dockage is available for vessels that exceed available slip lengths inside the marina.
Rates are based on the vessel LOA (Length Over All) or slip length, whichever is greater. This includes bow pulpits, swim platforms, dinghies, and any overhangs on the vessel.
Rates include tax, one parking card for local garage, electric, water, and in-slip pump-outs.
*There is an additional $1,500 premium on T-head and double finger-pier berths. There will be new rates and inclusive/exclusive items for years to follow as the full marina redevelopment is completed.

Inside Slips: $25 per foot per month

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. In the event that you need to cancel within the 48-hour window, you may be eligible for a credit for a future stay.
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy for all special events and holidays including, but not limited to, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend, etc. In the event that you need to cancel within the 72-hour window, you may be eligible for a credit for a future stay.
