Meet the Team
Mike Wilkins - General Manager
A native of Doylestown, Pennsylvania, Mike brings a strong blend of technical expertise and a lifelong passion for the water. A U.S. Navy veteran, he served with HSL-51 in Atsugi, Japan, specializing in helicopter aviation maintenance—an experience that shaped the precision and discipline he brings to his work today.
Mike has spent the past 16 years in the boating industry, including 12 years in the marina sector, building a well-rounded understanding of operations and service. His passion for boating extends beyond his professional life. He enjoys restoring vessels in his free time, including his Grady-White 195 Tournament, and is currently pursuing his OUPV 6-Pack Captain’s License, which he expects to complete this summer.
He currently resides in Towson, Maryland, with his wife, Kirsten, and their dog, Harley. Outside of work, Mike is an avid fan of live music, the Philadelphia Eagles, and the Baltimore Orioles.
